Limited Warranty

 Ultra Seating Company Inc. warrants each air suspension seat manufactured by Ultra Seating, to be free from breakage or failure due to normal wear, (to be determined exclusively by Ultra Seating Co. Inc.) due to defect in material or workmanship for a period of 1 (One) year of operation to the original purchaser on Upholstery, including seat cover and poly, and 3 (three years) or 500,000 Miles on all other seat parts.

Ultra Seating Company will replace from its factory, or repair any part, which in the opinion of the manufacturer, has failed or worn within the stated Warranty Period. During the first year or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first, Ultra Seating Company will reimburse the purchaser labor costs incurred for the removal and replacement of defective parts, excluding upholstery, based on the number of man-hours determined by Ultra Seating to be required for this work at the base rate for mechanical labor in effect in the purchaser's garage at the time of repair. 

 THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE CONSIDERED VOID IF, IN THE OPINION OF ULTRA SEATING COMPANY ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE PRESENT:

 1.  THE SEAT HAS BEEN ALTERED, MODIFIED, CHANGED OR REWORKED IN A MANNER NOT PREVIOUSLY AUTHORIZED BY ULTRA SEATING COMPANY.

 2.  THE SEAT HAS BEEN SUBJECT TO ABUSE, NEGLECT OR ACCIDENT.

3.  THE SEAT HAS BEEN INSTALLED IN A MANNER THAT WOULD SUBJECT THE SEAT TO ABNORMAL USE.

 4.  NON-GENUINE REPLACEMENT PARTS HAVE BEEN SUBSTITUTED IN SUCH A WAY AS TO AFFECT THE SERVICEABILITY OF THE SEAT OR ANY PART THEREOF.

 FAILURE TO GIVE PROMPT WRITTEN NOTICE WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF THE DISCOVERY OF ANY DEFECT IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP THAT OCCURS WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD WILL VOID THIS WARRANTY. CONTACT: ULTRA SEATING COMPANY, 602B FOUNTAIN PARKWAY, P.O. BOX 535543, GRAND PRAIRIE, TX 75053

FEDERALMOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD

 This seat conforms to Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS) 207 and 302 in effect at the date of manufacture.

 It is the responsibility of the installer to make certain that proper seat fastening hardware, seat belt and tether belt systems are used in accordance with FMVSS 207 and 210.

 To ensure compliance with FMVSS 207, use only high strength fasteners and heavy duty washers when installing seat assembly.

WARNING

Injury may occur if head clearance is not adequate. After seat installation and prior to driving or riding in vehicle, make certain there is adequate head clearance at maximum upward travel of seat by sitting in seat and slowly raising the seat to its maximum height by operating the air suspension valve.

 SEAT BELTS ARE TO BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WHEN USING THIS SEAT
